A gentle, supportive Reformer Pilates class designed especially for postpartum mums, helping you safely rebuild strength, restore your core and reconnect with your body after birth.
These instructor-led sessions focus on pelvic floor recovery, core stability, posture and overall strength in a welcoming, relaxed environment where your baby is always welcome by your side.
Ideal for mums from 6 weeks postpartum through to babies around 8 months,
No previous Pilates experience needed — just come as you are.

Wednesday 3:30pm
A fun and supportive Reformer /Mat Pilates class designed for mums and their teens or tweens to move, learn and grow stronger together.
This instructor-led class focuses on building strength, improving posture, coordination and confidence through safe, guided Pilates exercises suitable for developing bodies and all fitness levels. It’s the perfect introduction to exercise for young people who may not feel ready for team sports or the gym, while giving mums the opportunity to share healthy habits and quality time together.

Our team of certified Pilates instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. We provide personalised instruction and support to help you achieve your goals, whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to maintain your mobility we can help you achieve your goals. We have no more that 9 in the class so you will definitely feel seen and looked after.
